Anchor is a song about someone being in your life that gives you stability and strength. It’s about the question of mortality and how suddenly your whole world can fall to pieces when you get the news of someone passing.

Amerijam is a rock band whose focus is on original creative rock and psychedelic rock. Songwriters Allan and Corine Barton collaborate together and frequently come up with songs while jamming. Hence the name Amerijam. Followed by Tim Costello on keys and Bobby Vale Jr. on drums. They were one of the 10 finalists in the 2021 WNNJ 103.7 FM Battle of the Bands with their song Anchor.
