Sounds From NoWhere is pleased to premiere a new Gotshell' gem on 'Axis'.
Sound helps to understand the universe and how to store information. Pythagoras and his followers thought that there are “numerical relationships between the orbits of the planets or between other things of nature” and that the stars would move with the so-called “harmony of the spheres”. 
An idea that inspired astronomers during centuries. On the other hand, they mathematized and gave rise to Western music theory, which was taught alongside astronomy and mathematics, building a bridge between art and science.

From here the special interest of Westerner Cristian Alexander Soto Lopez aka Gotshell emerged. 
He tried to understand mathematics a little more and developed a personal taste, both in school and in his brief time at university, where he learned that a simple number can act in synchrony as even numbers do and totally randomly. 
Starting in 2010, Gotshell made his first creations after 5 years of experimenting. 
He knew the relationship between mathematics, sound and the universe which lead him into the production of his EP „Physics“ on Nachtstrom which showed an emulation strident of what could be the future sound of universe. He brought his spatial sound based on mathematics and arithmetic also to important labels like Planet Rhythm, Blueprint, BPitch, MORD, Synewave. 
With this new contribution he hopes to collect more information so that he can take himself into space one day, and perhaps be heard by a non-human species.

To kick start his new label Overload Liverpool, Irish Liverpool-based artist best known as The Cyclist drifts into the shop at 90mph under his second new alias of the year, The Motorist. A distinct homage to UK Garage, 2-step and breakbeat, his unique take on the genre shimmers through a haze of psychedelia and is accompanied by Liverpool local and girl-next-door vocal talent Flower Bed who floats above an undercurrent of bombastic bunker busting bass that’s sure blow a few funktion ones and heads.

The town was quiet as night fell, the only lights which flickered ad flashed were those in the taverns and brothels which lined the dusty towpath. It was cold out here, cold and muddy. Very few travellers ever ventured this far out, for why would they?

Nobody wanted to live here, it was the type of place you might get stuck after a troublesome and unfortunate series of events. Yet despite all of this there was still friendship to be found amidst the chaotic undertones of this run down ramshackle town.

It was called Bogville, a fitting name for a fitting place.

Indopan is set to release a new album via 100% Silk – a longstanding US based label which has been a home to a variety of artists including the likes of Innergaze, Octo Octa, Luca Lozano and many more. The Cyclist has had a longstanding connection to the label having released material via 100% Silk many times. His latest project is under the guise of Indopan, offering a psychedelic outlet for leftfiield dance music burgeoning at the seams.

The Cyclist returns with the six-track Hot House EP, released on digital download and limited edition 12" by music/is/for/losers. The digital EP is available from April 6th and the limited edition 12" vinyl version drops the following week, on April 13th.
