For the first release of CWR, the Lyon based producer 9beats takes us to a trip to the red planet with a 4-track EP mixing interesting textures and sci-fi pads, at the edge of ambient and techno. The first track, "Reconnaissance Mission", brings you instantly to another dimension and shows up the first feeling when reaching it. The second track, "Unexpected Encounter" traduces the feeling of explorators when they face a living entity out there with this dark and powerful loop sprinkled with alien voices. Then come "Dust Storm" and "Silent Walk", describing the main ambiance of the expedition.

Born in Berlin, Germany to Russian-Jewish immigrants, and having trained as a classical pianist in Moscow, Michael Nayda is an independent creative consultant, concept developer, and event organiser whose current portfolio embraces a distinct range of creative mediums, including: performance art, mixed-media installation, and artistic direction in film, and moving image.
Michael Nayda’s is the founder and creative director of Strictly Forbidden, an innovative party experience that aims to foster the collaborative showcasing of live performances by audio-visual artists and musicians from across Europe. In 2018, he also launched Pideflection, an event series that attempts to unite emerging and established performers from diverse genres. Together they elaborate the visualisation of one concept and story though live performances, exhibitions and happenings.
Michael Nayda currently resides in Berlin, and continues to collaborate with local and internationally renowned visual, sonic and performance artists in events, parties, projects and festivals throughout Berlin.
