Ghita - La Montagna d’Oro

Ghita starts her journey into the music world in 2019 when she begins to hang around contact improvisation and ecstatic dance scenes. Later, collaborating with some conscious clubs in Amsterdam her initial interest for the electronic music brought her, in March 2020, to compose independently and recreationally her sets/mixtapes.
Her music imprint is mainly rich of oriental and tribal sounds with hints recalling her roots: south of  Italy folk chants and ancestral music rich of oniric and female features.

Ghita inizia il suo viaggio nel mondo della musica nel 2019 quando inizia a frequentare ambienti legati alla Contact Improvisation e all’Ecstatic Dance. Successivamente collabora con alcuni conscious club di Amsterdam e inizia a interessarsi di musica elettronica che la portano poi ,nel marzo 2020,  a comporre i suoi primi mixati in modo indipendente e amatoriale. 
Il suo imprinting musicale è prevalentemente ricco di suoni legati alla musica mediorientale e tribale con molte sfumature che ricordano le sue radici: canti popolari del sud italia e musiche ancestrali ricchi di connotati onirici e femminili.

This mix was recorded live during a magic mini festival: ''Pow-Wow des 3 soeurs'' . IInfluenced by International and urban tones as well as the underground scene of Mexico, Risa began his Dj path on sacred Mayan grounds in 2005..
He landed in British Columbia in 2008 and right away started involving himself in the Sound System culture. Since 2010, has been a regular on the Canadian East coast festival circuit, having performed notably at Eclipse Festival, Space Gathering, Open Mind, Timeless and many more.... 
Currently residing in Sherbrooke Quebec, Risa plays an active part as a member in the Digital Station Collective dedicated to the Reggae & Dub Sound System Culture. Onderground is another project in which he participated with DJ Kalabrese for the promotion of underground House & Techno music.

Risa has play along with artists such as Hatcha(UK), Barnt (Cologne), Face T / Poirie (CA) Truth(NZ), Be Svendsen (DK) Thomash (DEU/BRA), Ondubground(FR), Sainte Vie(MX), Speakeasy Electro Swing Montréal (CA), R. Vincenzo (BR), Soom T (UK), Thomas Von party (CA/DEU), UpRoot Andy (US), Gypsy Kumbia Orchestra (CA) among others.  
His music style incorporate fusion between Global Bass, Nu Cumbia, Voodoohop, Ketapop, West Coast Bass, Balkan Beat, Dub, Moombhaton, and the list goes on !

Today we'd like to welcome with you a great friend, powerful heart, soulsista & highly sensitive music-shaman in our lovely podcast tribe – with MONADA BRAHMA 015, Celeste has finely woven a magical journey that shines in cosmic harmony and gentle beauty and unveils into a heart-opening summer vibes mix. 

We've met Celeste some years ago on our favourite island far away from western lifestyle somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. Art and creativity simply flows through the atmosphere and unite many artists of different disciplines as well as a very colorful and special Soultribe. Grown up in Ecuador, Celeste traveled the world spreading love and happiness with her open heart, warm smile and great sound! She lived and played on Ibiza for several years and is indeed a true flower girl and loving pachamama – tenderly floating yet standing strongly. Together with her partner Abu.Id she hosts ecstatic dance journeys at various places in Europe and intuitively senses what it takes to create unique atmospheres and built a tribe of authentic hearts. 

Her music is dominated by South American rhythms, neo-cumbia, tribal beats and deep ethnic vibes. She is taking us on a journey to our native roots, where organic sounds join downtempo grooves and soulful sunny melodies to bring the warm and sunny good mood of LaGomera straight to our hearts. 

Our dear friend and amazing artist Radka Tiarksova is providing another beautiful piece of visionairy art by Radka Soulart for our colorful cover-art-podcast-ensemble. We’re deeply grateful for this special collaboration and are happy to have the possibility to share it with all of you as we believe that a combination of different styles of art leads our senses to expand, feel & see the whole picture within. Celeste is accompanied by Radka's breathtaking painting „Universal Female“ which reflects the power, devotion and compassion Celeste carries in her beautiful luminous being.

In 2020 the Seaside Trip presents you »the untold stories of the sinking sea!«. the second story is pressed into sound waves by https://soundcloud.com/marcelpuntheller - seafarers return home and tell their stories in the "klönklause" pub. they boast of wild chases and want to tell you how many mermaids they have conquered or that they have trained seahorses. but our friend Marcel is sitting there, listening to the stories and smiling. it's not a condescending smile, no, just a benevolent one. he has known this kind of story for years and over time he has found his own way of storytelling. we have known each other for several years now and we know what we have in common. I am delighted to hear how Marcel developed musically, I don't have to like all of it but I have great respect for it. I am grateful to be able to call him a friend. But now we're listening to his »slow story in a bar«.

 April  22 was Earth day , it marked 50 years with global activations that aim to mobilize a billion people worldwide for transformative action for our planet.  earth day is supposed to be everyday, and today with new moon, it’s the perfect time to set our intentions ,for our planet, for the next month and beyond, for all earthlings in need .

 Don Mescal, who djs for more than 20 years now, can be seen as magician of musical diversity, a character full of energy & love, who has a huge repertoire of songs that will catch your senses and awakens your emotions. Inspired by folkloric multiculturalism, he loves to experiment with the traditions of world music and knows how to transfer it into a modern perspective to brew an electronic-music-elixir with that extra drop of mescal flavor.

Finally, after 10 months, I played again live for real people, in a real place, in a real world, for @quintofuego in a beautiful gathering full of beautiful souls who were waiting for this as much as I was.
As every live act, the are the mistakes that make them so special and unique (i filtered the kick in an special time...), full improvisation going through small loops, midi sequences and instruments and live performance of flute, harmonica and some little shakers. You can hear the crowd some times also.
