About this journey :
"This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back." Those famous words by Morpheus were the introduction to my set at Pandemonium III, Végétale Vendetta Edition 2022, but also, they offered much interaction with all the lovely creatures I met on that evening. The costume that I have been wearing (Neo) created many opportunities to discuss deep stuff with total strangers, all aware of the Matrix around us. All the organizers and crews involved in this party have shown the finest attention to every detail, to our  delightment. It was an honour for me to be part of this amazing event with my Cosmovision brothers and sisters... so I share this set with Love.

Inspired by the African cassette tapes from my father, I started playing African Disco and Funk in Amsterdam in 2010. After traveling in different continents, I started experimenting with sounds from all over the world. Where I used to play a bit more uptempo, nowadays I am focussing on a deeper and more atmospheric sound. Blending different genres and tempos is something that is appealing to me. From Nigerian funk to Amazon tribe music, everything is possible.

This mix was recorded during the revolution in Lebanon. All humans can connect with one another for many reason just the way we connect with Music. So this mix is dedicated to the country and its beautiful people. As the emotions were tied with our brothers and sisters in Lebanon, half way through the mix, there's a sudden raise in BPM to represent the sudden rise of the revolution.

HAKÏM (حكيم), a world citizen, an aspiring DJ whose been collecting music from a very young age. This album has been inspired by the most pure form of Love that a human can experience.

Finding myself in an empty space, where nothing exists but pure energy, I found myself with this infinite Love, the Love that each of us has deep inside: Self Love.

Each song has been named after an experience I've lived during this last year, where I found myself with this infinite energy.
