Go beyond what is awaited, a close-knit selection of tracks, consistency and chariness. These are not easy tasks to put together in case of trying to create a story-telling, however, for us, Mikal Aton delivered it in this week's podcast. The Berlin-based DJ who surfs the outer spaces of deep, organic and elegant grooving waves of sound, chasing music that may let your soul spreading out its wings flying into the unexplored, mysterious without being appealing, versatile without being boring.

Through 102min, Mikal Aton shaped this 171th edition while staying two months in Bali/Indonesia, inspired by its epic jungles, flaring marine-coastal and its warmhearted starlight. In this way, the mix takes time to evolve through several moods and landscapes. Anyway, it is not an appealing selection, yet, with several speeches in different languages, his precision in developing rhythms and intensities, certainly demonstrate Mikal's vertiginous passion in creating sound experiences through the art of DJing.

Here in Brazil, 'Dia dos Namorados' — equivalent to 'Valentine's Day' on February 14th — is a 'commemorative' date on which the loving union between couples is celebrated, particularly on June 12th since 1948, but the motive is exclusively commercial. Thus, we adopted the month of June to release mixtapes that will distribute different interpretations and 'sound-link' related to the theme.

Love is essential to our well-being. Though love can be very confusing. What we call “love” and what another person calls “love” may be divergent. Closeness, romance, commitment, connectedness, sexual consummation, decision, bondedness, physical attraction. Hard task when trying to figure out how those aspects are inserted in our relationships. But we don't want answers, we only want to explore the emotions brought by music.

Dj Daria Cyber (St. Petersburg) started back in 2007 as an MC at closed DnB parties and continued her journey as part of the musical project “Tripurantaka crew” under the stage name "MIW", playing exclusively “broken bits” (breaks, dnb, breakbeat). After the collapse of the team in 2018, the Daria Cyber solo project appears, specializing in musical directions such as downtempo, slowtech, synthway, deeptech, while continuing to perform in Thailand (Koh-Phangan), China, Cambodia, India (Goa), Sri Lanka and also became the headliner of electronic music festivals held in Russia more than once. Despite the fact that this project is completely new, Daria Cyber has already released her podcasts on many major labels from Russia (Moscow,Kazan,Baikal),Spain (Ibiza), India (GOA,Delhi,Puna) Turkey(Istanbul), and also worked on a joint project "Scifiromance" with the resident of “Burning Man", the musician Deisen.
