On my journey to find some good samples i discovered this track on youtube called "Mapu e Ixã" (artist names i think) and instantly fell in love with it
- my ultimate summer track :) I remember listening to it 10x times on my way home after work.
I NEEDED to edit it! And here it is :) People went crazy when i dropped it at an open air ~~~ <3 i think it really represents the vibe of chameleoncast,
so this was the best place to upload it. thank you daniele, jasmin and the whole chamfamily

Yaku Wayra, a co-creation with Rodrigo Gallardo, is also an original song of mine in the Quechua language. Yaku Wayra means wind of water. It is inspired by a special sound in the jungle which arises before the rain comes, a wind that comes to warn of what is to come. Then Rodrigo made his magic with his sounds and instruments.

Juntos (Spanish for together), the debut album from ALUNA, is a testament to a new paradigm of music. It is a collaborative project through and through. Pulling from the indigenous traditions and fusing their experiences with the sounds of the moment, ALUNA has landed something timeless. Steffen Ki and Maywa have joined forces with some of their favorite musicians, bringing us a masterfully crafted collection of music that expands beyond borders, cultures, and genres. 

Much of the influence for this album comes from Maywa’s time spent living in the rainforests of South America and Steffen Ki’s own journey into nature through his travels around the world. ALUNA was born out of a love affair between these two beautiful beings and so it is fitting that they extended their embrace to some of their closest friends and producers in the creation of this collaborative work. 

All the songs from this album are derived from music written by Maywa. Just one song, Agua de Flores, is an adaptation of a traditional ceremony song. Maywa’s voice is the common thread weaving all 8 tracks together into a seamless story of love, peace, and connection to nature. 

The first seeds of this album were planted 2 years ago, exactly the time of the first vision of this label Resueño. It is with great joy that the album and the label circle back around to meet each other once again. The beauty that manifests when we come together to support each other and to create as a family is also a testament to the new paradigm which is upon us. This is a call to come together, Juntos.

About this edit :
The amazing band Iana speaks about the "willka kuti" tradition from Aymara culture. This ritual is the celebration of the return of the sun, 21th December, winters solstice. The people stay all night outside with big fires and receive the first lights in the sunrise all together and give gratitude to the sun.
In the musical way, I'm obsessed with flutes this days, even i made a couple of flutes to play, so, the music from los Andes, in specific Perú and  Bolivia was in my list of music to investigate. Im spanish, this flutes and feeling are not my ancestral culture, but i love it and i want to spread it and learn about that. 
It's  my way to understand music it's like religions, why you just have to choose one... for me its like " Life of Pi " history, the guy took all the religions for him and love all of them. So, i think that in this days all is mixed, people , esthetic moods, food and cultures in general, and for sure, music. 
Just treat with respect, remind who you are and don't try to appropriate this for yourself. It's a complicated thing, in some fields, not just in music. I just want to learn more about all this amazing cultures and absorb a little part for my soul.

About killmanjarto
Kilian Ramiro a.k.a Killmanjarto its an spanish veteran dj and an eclectic producer, he started to play vinyls in 2000th envolved in the free parties and underground club scene while in a other artistic way he played scratch with a some music bands was till 2005 when he moved from Madrid to Barcelona.

From the first days playing drum&bass, broken beats, downtempo and other non specific genres, he turned to balkan and global bass around the first decade of djing. In these days, he begin to create his first remixes and mashups, focused on Reggae-dub, dancehall and balkan. From last years he start to be interested on the new slow movement with ethnic influences and deep bass productions, Africa and South America will be present in his actual productions. 
He released some remixes and self productions in other labels like Folcore Records and Hawaii Bonsaï, and been published in well-known blogs like Cassette Blog from DF, México.
Since 2016, he moved to México where played along the caribbean side, last year was part of the line up of Fusion Festival in Salon the Baile Stage. Actually he lives in Brazil but not for much time, soon he will continue his nomad adventure to North America and who knows the next place...

Amsterdam based producer KRAUT (a.k.a. Daniel Zuur) presents Lilium, following up on his 2016 debut release with Shika Shika “Especias”.

On Lilium we see the journey Daniel has made from his first EP, a widening of his horizons and a honing of his unique production style. Each track is at once natural, danceable, warm textured but also electronic and fit for the (virtual) dancefloor.

In his words Lilium, is a sound story about the essence of life without borders. Packed with Daniel’s trademark percussive sound, the EP draws particular inspiration from his love and fascination with Africa’s rich and diverse music tradition.

The stand out track Kalité features the vocals of renowned maloya singer Christine Salem from the island of La Reunion.
