‘Passerella I’ marks @distant_echoes return to Counterchange after his appearance on ‘Stream State’ (COUNTER014) and the ‘Reminiscenze’ EP (COUNTER017).

The first in a two-part release, ‘Passerella I’ finds the long-standing Italian producer gracefully fluctuating between spacial electronica, krautrock-leaning synthesis, bass-heavy dubs and hypnotising modernist techno.

Some of the artist’s most diverse sonic outings to date, ‘Paserella’ is a perfect addition to the label catalog - once again patching together the worlds of techno and experimental, microtonal electronics.

The world slowly sinks into a viscous haze, where lines and shapes dissolve as if melting into the thick smoke of oblivion. It is here that Tuman emerges — a techno release by Pereval Dyatlova, brought to life by Factura Records.

Each sound on the album is a cold rustle that cuts to the bone, freezing your breath and dissolving reality into an endless, dense darkness. The rhythms are heavy, monotonous, and relentless — like footsteps echoing through a void, leading only deeper into an impenetrable abyss. Pereval Dyatlova - Suspect

An original song of my Ojibwe people, interpreted for a modern celebration on the dance floor.  The Ojibwe tribe are native to Manitoba, Canada, not that far from Detroit techno.

The original song is naturally euclidean in structure and I've preserved the original tempo of 128bpm.

Drums sampled from my 909 and arranged on Digitakt2.  Using Model:cycles through some reverb and glitch pedals for the ambient drone.
