I visited beautiful Asunción in Paraguay for just 24 hrs in the summer of 2017. I was invited to play at Sequence club (sadly since shut down) alongside BNJMN and local activist P. Lopez. There I met a handful of dedicated and super-talented producers, spearheading a small but creatively rich techno uprising. P. Lopez and his studio compadre Octavio are two of the leading forces in the Asunción / South America scene and I’m proud to present this four track EP on Counterchange. Smouldering, heavyweight burners recorded and mixed by two long-serving artists with great skill and passion.
