Re-posting my favorite tracks here.  The emphasis is Melodic Electronic (JMJ, Vangelis, TD, William Orbit, etc.) and Soundtrack, but some other genres will creep in from time to time (Synthwave, Synth Pop, Dubstep, etc.)

The reason I create music is beyond my ability to explain. But If I try to dig into it, I think that my body and soul, been using music as a healing tool long before I can remember. I assume that my deep connection to music was born way before I was even aware of it. 
Over the years I have experienced life to its extreme, for the good and for the bad. Music has proven itself as a life saver, since it was the only way I could express my inner feelings and communicate with the world. When I finished my 3 years serving in the army, experiencing terrible fights and death, I felt that something got broken inside of me.
Music was there for me, even though I was not aware of the fact that I can actually use it to heal my soul.
In my music you can listen to all types of moods (love and happiness to the other side of pain and struggle. with pop, rock, reggae, electronic, experimental and even psychedelic and classical. 

I move between, instrumental music and song writing.


This is a solo project made by Jan Lilleberg working, living and born in Oslo, Norway. It`s used all kinds of midi synths, acoustic instruments, voices and samples. I started as a drummer back in 1978 and been playing in dozens of bands, jams and different styles and types of music since mid 80ies. Today I make music with two Oslo based projects Ramb-ooh! Productions and Rocket Eye. I`ve got two solo projects this one and http://soundcloud.com/sonarm360. All music and lyrics are composed and written by Jan Lilleberg. Recorded and performed by Jan Lilleberg alone and with friends. None of the tracks are mastered in a mastering studio. Have fun and enjoy.

Dead Hippie Squadron is the solo project of the Vancouver based composer, multi-instrumentalist and recording artist Julian Michal Zembrowski. 

Dead Hippie Squadron encompasses the full breadth of Julian's knowledge and musical experiences. Drawing upon a wide range of influences D.H.S. weaves a unique sound that never shies away from being unconventional and experimental. Julian has a long relationship with the guitar, though he mainly focuses on composition and electronic instrumentation. Dead Hippie Squadron's mission is producing ethereal, mystical and unheard of soundscapes and songs that attempt to transcend the seemingly unending normalcy we quietly and persistently endure. D.H.S.' mission: Recreating styles, confusing borders and glimpsing past the mundane; looking upwards toward greater forms of thought and existence.

My main influences range from Electronic Music (Jarre, Vangelis, and Tangerine Dream) to Rock, Pop, and Orchestral (Classical and Soundtracks), but also include an occasional bit of Hip Hop, EDM and Dubstep.   I have not tried to imitate any of these artists.  I am experimenting in various genres to find what I like most about each one and see what I can learn from them to add to my personal style.   'Slam-Cut' is a film term for quick jump cuts without much set up.  This is analogous to the variety of genres and themes you might encounter here on my SC page.   I hope you enjoy listening.
