I want to touch a little deeper than just the Crab Out The Bucket meaning and get into some things that even create the bucket in the first place.  Ask yourself this question, why is the bucket even created?  

Well from where I am from, a small town in south MS where you stay in between and highways, there are multiple mental traps that form around you.  Most of the people stay in those traps and some get out.  The one that try and get out get sucked right back in because it seems ok and it is a great feeling to some.  

I do not judge anyone who wants to stay in that bucket but for the ones that want to get out….this is for you.

In this video Ray will discuss 5 steps to overcome fear and succeed in life.  There are many different ways to overcome fear of failure but the engineering process, DMAIC, is used in this video.  

Before all the steps make sure to get out of that denial stage then you can start with the steps. Admit you are in fear. 

D - Define.  Determine what you are afraid of in the first place
M - Measure. How much does this fear interfere with your life currently and measure what your life will look like in the future.
A - Analyze. Go into detail as to why you are afraid in the first place.  Is it past experiences or the pure unknown.
I - Improve.  Ways to overcome fear is to improve.  Start dreaming again, take action, and ask yourself about the worse case scenario.  Anything legitimate, besides death, there should be no excuses to take action.  
C - Control. Train yourself to stay positive by reading, meditating, learning, staying discipline, and taking action.  Always keep the end goals in mind.  Change your friends if you have too to get your mindset right to continue improving.

5 Steps To Overcome Fear and Succeed In Life  Ways To Overcome Fear Of Failure Episode 01

Crab Out The Bucket.  That is what I call myself or you can call me Ray Woods.  I come from a negative and drifting background.  The area and people I grew up around there were not alot of goals and aspirations.  I always felt like I did not belong where I was at and decided to go away as far as possible to find my purpose.
It has been a long time coming and there have been many things that have completely changed my life around due to actually realizing what has been holding me back from my true potential.  My mission is to reach as many people as possible who feels like they are trapped in a box mentally due to their surroundings and environment and help elminate that fear and scarcity that they can not let go of.  
I started BreakOutnStayOut in 2017 and renamed it to Crab Out The Bucket for a better understanding and to help the ones that want to break out the mental situation so that they may be able to reach their full potential.There is still a long way to go for us all.  So, let grow and build together.
