When an organ or body part is healthy, it creates a natural resonant frequency in harmony with the rest of the body. When the vibration of a part of the body is out of harmony, we have dis-ease. With dis-ease, a different sound pattern is established in the affected part of the body. When sound is projected into the dis-eased area, correct harmonic patterns are restored. There are many methods of healing with sound. Mantras and chants alongside the use of crystal bowls and sacred instruments are technique’s Colleen has been using in her healings since 2003.

The calming sound waves which emanate from the bowls immediately put the brain into the alpha state. They speak to the entire body vibrating each, organ cell and atom. Shaking loose old patterns, realigning and refrequencing and allowing us to easily access higher states of consciousness.
Crystals are fossilized water, formed when water combines with an element under New Cover Shipibo Bio certain conditions of pressure, temperature and energy. As a crystal, the element is able to express itself as a more unified and ordered being.

Our bodies, too, are crystalline in structure. When working with crystals, there may be profound effects on the organs, tissues, and cells, as well as the circulatory, endocrine, and metabolic systems.Thoughts are energy forms. When thought energy interacts with a crystal, those thoughts are changed to more harmonic forms, which change brainwave frequencies, showing possible alterations in consciousness. Thus, the power of positive intention or affirmation combined with the use of crystals provides remarkable healing results.

This album continues the internationally known series of Sacred Chants CDs by Craig Pruess and delves into the ancient tradition of the Sikh hymns, which are imbued with the beauty and power of that lineage. Here are specific details of this chant (track 4 on the album) chosen by Craig and Dya Singh:

This is a passage from a psalm of the tenth Sikh master, Guru Gobind Singh, called 'Chandi Dhi Var'. This is incorporated into the first stanza of the standing prayer or supplication, Ardaas, after addition of the tenth master's name and also the final 'Guru', the eternal embodiment of all ten Gurus, the scriptures and teacher: Guru Granth Sahib. This holy book is resplendently displayed, read from, and is the focal point at all the Sikh services. The ten 'Gurus' are : Guru Nanak Sahib, Guru Angadh Dev, Guru Amar Das, Guru Ram Das, Guru Arjan Dev (who edited and compiled the first edition of the Guru Granth Sahib in 1604), Guru Har Gobind, Guru Har Rai, Guru Har Krishan, Guru Tegh Bahadur and Guru Gobind Singh culminating in the eternal Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. (ardent Sikhs add the prefix 'Sri', and the suffix 'Ji' to the names of their 'gurus' as a form of deep reverence and respect.)

The music is expertly recorded and crafted. Knowledge of Indian music and its dynamics and harmonics is essential to get this depth in the sound. It benefits from 40 years of recording experience by producer Craig Pruess and is informed by an equal time of yoga and meditation practice. The artists featured in these recordings all display this same dimension of spiritual experience and calmness. Afterall, our nervous systems (and the state they are in!) are the amplifiers of the effect of the music created.

A prayer for all the seeds of love and light that have been crushed and killed. For all the heartfelt intentions and initiatives. For all the hopes and dreams smashed to pieces.
For the hunger of the Beast, for the machine that devours it all. That would have taken every last one if given the opportunity.
That the more hungry this beast grows, the more attention we give to keep those seeds alive and well. So they don't get chewed up to tiny bits and spitted out like it was nothing. But that they are held, cherished and nurtured. Protected like they are the most sacred of all.
The seeds of love, truth, happiness and peace. That they will grow and continue to lift us up when the weight of the world tries to push us down. We don't sink or drown, loose our trust and lose our ways. We stand our ground and hold our space. For we make way for the children of tomorrow.
