CCPAR is pleased to present Hardtrax! One of the very first artists from the early wave of the German hardtechno/darktechno scene of the new millennium. This exclusive mix features his latest track "Nowhere Left To Hide" from his new EP "Living In A Dark World" together with a balanced selection of old and brand-new productions. The mix is a journey through HardtraX´s interpretation of tekkno music. His trademark sound which is based in dark, obscure tekkno-beats along with other key producers in this matter.

Another one of my favourites off the hard drive. This was a mix that appeared on Little Detroit around about '96/'97 I think. My memory is a little hazy, but if I can recall, Mark Gage started messing around with hard disk recording using an Atari, and knocked this up by using loads of his mates records. Anyhow, it's a cracking mix.

ILS known as Illian Walker started his music production career on LTJ Bukem's drum & bass label Good Looking Records under the name of Axis. In 2002 he was picked up by Adam Freelands label Marine Parade due to his unique style of producing breakbeat music. In the same year he released his acclaimed album Soul Trader (through Marine Parade) with his top hit of that time "6 Space (Next Level)".

This rare mix from the Annie on 1 (Annie Nightingale) show is a showcase of tracks that he has produced.
