Finally got around to getting the acapella on vinyl so re-done this track. Rather amazingly the brilliant Palov has given me blessings to release this as a download so fill your boots before he changes his mind!

Unfortunately, they weren’t available, so we gave our pal WBBL a call - who flipped it into an infectious bass house belter - perfecto!

Wrapping up the release, Swim Inc joins the Mood Swing & Chevy Bass collab party with ‘Higher’. A bass-heavy glitch funk groover, built around a sample that’s just on the tip of your tongue but also never quite there, making it instantly recognisable and completely original at the same time - a rare combo indeed.

These tunes can be used as dance-floor fillers, after-party vibe-setters, or the backdrop for wistful days staring out a rainy window. @ScourRecords’ latest addition has crafted these four atmospheric funk-ed out glitch tracks, and within lies something for everyone in Vancara's debut EP - Railroad.

First comes title-track 'Railroad', a super-technical head-nodder which would fit nicely in the soundtrack of a futuristic spaghetti western. Next comes 'Going East', an ethereal bass-monster with infectious disco leads and Vancara’s own super slick piano playing. 'City Street Jam' follows that, a melodic chilled number which oozes laid back sunshiny vibes. Then, last but by no means least, comes 'Disco Balls' - an uptempo burner that’ll turn your dance floors into a fun time free-for-all.

All that’s left to say is, ‘warmest of welcomes to the team, Vancara!’ Hailing from Winchester (UK), we’re hoping that he’ll be stuck in his lab crafting more sumptuous beats for us while we’re all sat at home waiting for all this to blow over.

Mr Stabalina is a happy man and it’s infectious. He only seems to make good-time music that causes immediate engorgement and big cheesy grins. He makes children dance and old people get happily fingered. He wakes in the morning and cartoon birds flutter through his window and dress him whilst carrying him to the breakfast table, where aggressively ovulating chickens have prepared him soufflé. He moonwalks to the studio and everyone he passes stops and grins and spontaneously orgasms. How does he do it? We don’t know! Crash Party… DJ, Producer and Graphic Designer. He also runs his own label, Big Beat Sundays and regularly streams on Twitch with the Global Funk Fam, that he co-founded.

Crash’s production style is a mixture of cut-n-paste ethos and modern production values and has released music with Ghetto Funk, Scour Records, Cuttin’ It Fine, Big Beat Sundays and Breakbeat Paradise. Crash also featured on Dutty Moonshine Big Band’s album ‘City Of Sin’ and he also has writing and production credits for Aldo Vanucci including his recent hit ‘Impossible’. 

As a DJ, Crash, under various aliases, has DJed from New York to Ibiza and all over the UK, from Clubs to Pubs, Festivals to Special Events. Musically Crash combines Beats, Breaks, Funk, Bass music and more in his sets, drawing from new and classic music alike.
