We Out Here 2024 just took place. This is a slightly extended 70-min version of my 60-min set from the opening night of the festival (with a few extra bits from the crate I didn't manage to squeeze in). Soul, r&b, hip hop, beats, boogie & bruk.

This was part of First Word Records 20th birthday takeover in the Brawnswood tent, along with Allysha Joy, Amanda Whiting, Don Leisure, Werkha, DJ Gilla and Konny Kon (Children of Zeus), who played directly after me with all manner of shellers. This mix features a couple bits released on the label too (14KT, Tall Black Guy, Kaidi Tatham, New Sector Movements, Quiet Dawn).

It was raining, but the tent was ROCKIN'.
A perfect start to a beautiful weekend.

Weapon A Brings you a pounding dancefloor Breaks / 4x4 track designed for the club, where people just want to lose themselves and just go for it. 
Built around the classic Apache loop, additional elements are drawn from the Mighty Dub Katz and the end result should give you a little smile and a feeling of needing to pump ya fists to the beat.

This one also comes with 90s Jump Up DnB inspired VIP for added variety.

Big Beat Sundays is back with their first track of the year and this one is a Big Beat Party starter from start to finish. “Freddy Fresh Ate My Hamster” sees the producers Sonale and Crash Party combine their talents to mould this Big Beat belter.
Big beats, horn stabs, Looped vocals, phat bass and cheeky synthesis - All the ingredients for any Big Beat era tune.
With a title such as “Freddy Fresh Ate My Hamster” it would be remiss for this release not to pay further homage to one of the god fathers of Big Beat, by asking the man himself, Freddy Fresh, to remix it. Freddy turns in a slower based bass thumping, latin twisted remix for the connoisseurs out there and we are chuffed to bits with it!
Funky breaks and sample wizard Lebrosk turns in a tasty cut ’n’ paste inspired remix, giving the tracks a lick of his own tasty production style. Finally, to round out the release, there is a Big Beat Sundays remix, tapping into a love of the likes of Mighty Dub Katz and Basement Jaxx to deliver a 4x4 pounder designed for the dance floor.

Weapon O is here, my 6th "Weapons" release and it's time to break out the organs!
This one has been getting some love on my mixes and Twitch sets, so it's about time to release it to you all! Inspired by DJ Shadow's Organ Donor, but taking it back to the original sample sources and putting my Big Beat era inspire spin on it.

As ever there is a second track and this time it is an Acid, Rave inspired stomp. tbh this has a lot of inspiration drawn from various places. Hope you like it!

Crash Party… DJ, Producer and Graphic Designer. He also runs his own label, Big Beat Sundays and regularly streams on Twitch with the Global Funk Fam, that he co-founded.

Crash’s production style is a mixture of cut-n-paste ethos and modern production values and has released music with Ghetto Funk, Scour Records, Cuttin’ It Fine, Big Beat Sundays and Breakbeat Paradise. Crash also featured on Dutty Moonshine Big Band’s album ‘City Of Sin’ and he also has writing and production credits for Aldo Vanucci including his recent hit ‘Impossible’. 

As a DJ, Crash, under various aliases, has DJed from New York to Ibiza and all over the UK, from Clubs to Pubs, Festivals to Special Events. Musically Crash combines Beats, Breaks, Funk, Bass music and more in his sets, drawing from new and classic music alike.
