Yet, are you one who believes that if you are resting, you are not working? Today, change that thought!  When you are sitting, your muscles are still firing. When you are reading, your body is still showing up in your day. When you are napping, your body is still breathing.  So if you need to feel accomplished, your mind and body are doing it ALWAYS! Drop the excuses and take care of you! Listen to your body. Pick a time to rest in your day. Take a nap. Restore that which you are burning. "Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
