Some say to lead without fear is impossible. I disagree —because when you focus on taking action right now, willing to take the very next step, there’s simply no room for fear to grip you. Fear sneaks in only when you hesitate, when you overthink, or doubt what you already know must happen. Real leadership moves forward, even if the path is not fully clear and clarity is lacking.
