Creepy Dude Terry Whyte releases his EP titled "The NeverEnding Storky" on Creepy Finger Records. Shoulder swinging low end, fuelled with synth-style vocal FX and percussion fills complete the track.

Andy Martin delivers a fantastic remix in his usual signature sound, with bass heavy grooves and re-worked lead synth. Insect Elektrika go all out with their two remixes, with one being deep and dark, and the other going loud and proud. Michael L Penman supplies a fantastic version, keeping his usual awesome feeling in his beats but blending nice elements from the original.

Chicago born and bred DJ/Producer Keith Perez, recording here as Kid Enigma, unleashes his first release for DJ Sneak’s I’m A House Gangster imprint ‘The Blessing of Ipseity’ on 20th October.

In just a couple of years, IAHG have elbowed their way into the packed house music marketplace, creating a unified sound, culture and image for their label, making them stand out from the many pretenders.  Continuing what has been a great year of releases, IAHG follow up the brilliant ‘Space Powder’ EP by BlakSpun (Blakkat & DJ Spun) with an EP of fresh rolling Chicago grooves from young-gun Kid Enigma.

‘The Blessing of Ipseity’ EP features five tracks all built around 808 and 909 beats with four of them featuring verses and hooks from Kid Enigma himself.  Ranging from moody 3am head-nodders to percussion-rich, relentless house grooves, all of them epitomizing aspects of the IAHG sound.

Put together with love and devotion, Kid Enigma’s only motivation is, as he says “...unifying people on the dance floor…”  To this end, he has served up an EP where the beats draw on a Chi-Town culture “…of friendly unspoken competition between Chicago DJs and their live sets” and the “percussion you may hear on the streets downtown”.   The result is a set of dance floor-friendly tracks, full of swing, boom bass and jacking beats.

Having blazed the US on their recent BBQ tour, the dirtybird crew are back in release mode and proud to present a first ever solo EP from one of the jewels in their crown, namely Ardalan.
Our little Iranian brother and resident at chez Martin has previously worked together with his illustrious housemate Justin on breakout hits ‘Mr. Spock‘ and ‘Lezgo.’ Now grabbing the full spotlight himself, Ardalan proves he’s more than got the skills to pay the bills across two brain-frazzling tracks. 
Up first is ‘Wake Up’, with its boisterous and rambunctious beats bobbling away underneath whizzing, whirring, fizzing synth lines and tripped out metallic cowbells. It’s the sort of physical, corrugated groove that this label is most celebrated for and proves Ardalan can infuse his sounds with a ton of off kilter charm as well as anyone else in the dirtybird family. 
On the flip, ’The No Yeah’ is a colourful brew of malfunctioning machine sounds and raw as coleslaw beats that has blurts of soulful synth and breathy female vocal breaking though. Clipped sirens, fat bass and skipping percussion all nimbly shape shift and have you doing the same for the loveable duration of the track.

Having already impressed in cahoots with Justin Martin, Ardalan disappoints no-one when given this full solo step up, so it’s time you got on board with this exciting emergent talent, if you haven’t already.
