MUSIC OF SUPPORT DURING CHALLENGING TIMES

It promotes (and supports) a foundation so that the the daily work with the second audio track will be fully effective.

WHILE LISTENING (VERY IMPORTANT):

1. DO NOT use bluetooth headphones
2. Listen without headphones or with headphones WITH CABLE
3. Remain as still as possible but RELAXED
4. Remain seated with your back straight (you can lean your back against pillows if needed) with your chin slightly downwards.
5. If you are sitting on a chair, DO NOT cross your arms and legs. 
6. If you are sitting with your legs crossed (in lotus or half-lotus position), stay in this position for the entire duration fo the track and DO NOT cross your arms.
7. Fingertips, as well as feet and hands themselves, SHOULD NOT TOUCH ONE ANOTHER
8. Keep the PALMS open facing upwards with the back of your hands on your thighs/knees.
9. DO NOT TOUCH other people or animals 
10. Except for headset with cable, DO NOT TOUCH OR LOOK AT computers, telephones or other electronic devices.
11. It is PREFERABLE -but not necessary- to CLOSE EYES to minimize distractions.
12. IMPORTANT: il the streaming is interrupted, you must RESTART from the beginning.
13. If the transmission is interrupted, try listening from a computer with all other apps and pages closed and not from a tablet/phone. Their intense background activity can sometimes interfere with the streaming.
