Coming Back Home

This is a sing inspired by Fela Kuti in an afrobeat style. I used the looper on BandLab for the beat. I really can't show enough appreciative of that feature. It's literally opened up a whole new world of music for me. I love afrobeat and Fela. I hope this represents the genre fittingly.

This is a light, reflective piece granting space to refresh the soul amidst the hustle and bustle of the everyday life. It's okay to "get lost" or frustrated about things "in the moment..." but, we can choose to discard those or use them as compost and still enjoy the delicious, healthy, juicy, refreshing bits of our day and our lives. 

We caution listeners to not drive or operate machinery while listening to our music done in a HZ unlike what most radio stations play... and to listen through headphones at a lower volume than you normally listen to most of your music, for optimum effect. Enjoy!

as the title suggests this is a recording made last year in september with Ableton and using korg modwave.. lately there was an update to fix some gaps on the modwave but the original sound was no longer present on the synth.  luckily I had a backup copy of all the presets I created on the desktop and even if I trashed them,  I recovered everything with the time capsule.
