Born in Los Angeles, CShay began his electronic music career in 2010 When he moved to San Francisco originally for college to study acting in films. Not long after he began school, his classmates took him to a rave where he first heard EDM for the first time and developed a passion for the genre. He began performing later that year at house parties until he was discovered.
