The original version of this song called C Jam was closer to track #6 - Walking In New Orleans (Revisited) -  but Steve put such a cool guitar part on this one and gave it a character of it's own, that I changed the name of the song as it reminded me of a trip to New Orleans and how cool it was to just walk down the streets hearing the music from the bars and clubs we passed by.

A hypnotic lofi journey that drifts through atmospheric, in-between spaces—where time stretches and reality blurs. Ethereal synths hum like half-remembered dreams, while wandering piano keys dissolve into echoes. Everything Changed (But Me) is the first chapter of our brand new apocalyptic trilogy (the second part, called "Let's Die Tonight", was released on June 26 - https://soundcloud.com/beatingedge/lets-die-tonight - along with the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4SFAXq_qGI).😅
The video shows a strange, purple sky filled with terrifying clouds. People are running, looking up, screaming... but we never really understand what’s going on. In the end, our guitarist wakes up from what seems like a nightmare, but she doesn’t look to her right, where the purple storm is real, outside her window. So maybe she isn’t dreaming at all. 
The song plays with two layers. One is global, unsettling, and chaotic. The other is much more personal and introspective.
The world is changing, inside and out.
Little technical side note: this song really gave us a hard time, too many incompatible gears, but we made it in the end! It should sound decent enough!
