Ti sei mai guardato allo specchio chiedendoti: chi sono veramente? Chi sono diventato? Potrei essere migliore di quello che sono?
Quando ti guardi allo specchio e vorresti piangere, rompere tutto, perchè non puoi tornare indietro.
Quando ti soffermi a pensare di essere arrivati a metà o a un terzo della propria esistenza: ho fatto quello che volevo? sono davvero felice di quello che sono, di quello che ho fatto fin ora?
Questa canzone parla di sbagli, di pentimento, di incertezze, di sogni: di vita. 
"Tu chi sei" è stata la mia redenzione, mi ha liberato da un peso interiore per andare avanti.

Il 30 ottobre DEMETRICA pubblica il suo primo album alternative rock italiano. Ci sono voluti quasi due anni di lavoro per completare il disco. Un album che nasce dalla voglia di registrare canzoni che parlano di paure, sogni, speranze e di molte altre sensazioni e sentimenti. Le tematiche e le melodie malinconiche, che si contrappongono a un sound più energico, tendente al rock alternativo inglese, rappresentano una firma artistica.
