Shoegaze meets ambient, post-rock, doom, fuzz, noise and alternative rock.

Midwife meets Esben and the Witch, Deafheaven and Planning for Burial.

Ethereal vocals meet walls of reverberant fuzzy guitars and lots of mids.

Initial demo sessions from Jan ‘25 uploaded with very rough pass mixes on them. Much more to come.

Give the Beach Boys a few embittered breakups, a dose of 90's youth, and a distortion pedal and you've got Passive Frames. At least you're not far off. Just some folks building a collective pop sound with a healthy injection of beer, cynicism, and the San Francisco skyline.
