We Will Die do not fear death. The name is an acceptance, a memento mori that pushes them deeper into the cords of life. Through circuit boards and amplifiers, they reach out into the cosmos, shearing through wax-like realities in search of pieces of eternal truth that lay beyond and beneath the webs we construct. These eternal truths of the world are rarely within our grasp, but our mortal condition blesses us with an unmoving constant, a Polaris in their search: We will live, and We Will Die.

From cosmic, spherical ambient to tribal grooves and melodies, Saphileaum takes the listener to expeditions as above, so below.

On 4th of October 2022, via the project 'Stihia Beyond', 15 seconds from Saphileaum's track 'Cosmic Lake Transparency' were sent into outer space to planet K2-18B located 124 light years away from Earth. Transmission took place in England, Goonhilly Earth Station

Welcome to my  “Vision ” of Grooves

Since fifteen Years ago , Mixing is my game! I love to challenge myself with unexpected transitions, New School with Old School, there are no limits.
I find magic in synchronising beats and how that sweet harmony can move people.
My style is a story, all music has a story, and my target is playing each of every groove until the party never stops.
My roots are deep within Afro Caribbean music (born and raised in the Martinique – the West Indies).
My purpose is a precise representation of any groove from Afro music: Africa, India, North / South America, Europe, Middle East and the West Indies… 
The Afro music has been the concrete of so much music and genres of groove during centuries: Classic, Jazz, Soul, Funk, Disco, House, Break Beat … and Electronic / Techno!!! 
As Live DJ, engaged in Afro History, I have the duty to digging, to mixing, to playing and sharing to the world. 

Today I’m professional Live DJ based in Amsterdam. I’m very proud and blessed to part of this Amsterdam music scene. Amsterdam has been in my heart forever; it’s a perfect combination of some many talents, art, expressions and grooves on one place. 
That’s why I settled in 2019 in Amsterdam, I have the pleasure and the honour to collaborate with some collective and working with some Festival, Night Club & Sub Culture Club.

Well I’m still exploring. Every day is a new chapter to find new waves and sync new frequencies.
My sets are all totally live < I am addict from this adrenaline of producing and mixing on Live > this is my intellectual legacy. 
My Lives sets are a Journey between Space and Time wishes any Cultures and Times will be find on it.
I love to keep some mistakes because they are unique so you can feel the authenticity and truth of my flow....

Amertume ( Minitel )

Born in 1978, he’s been into music since the age of 4. With 12 years of classical conservatory music behind him (playing Ondes Martenot, the ancestor of the synths), he started to listen to electronic music in the early 90’s, and fell in love with Techno and psychedelic trance 
He started mixing in 2000 on vinyl then progressed to cd’s. He joined Analogic Team, a French association promoting trance in France, and Coda Magazine, a French electronic music mag, where he was in charge of the trance section (reviews, news, and interviews…)
He loves to play Italo Disco, Early Trance, Indie Dance and some rare edits of the 80's and 90's  sets under the name  Amertume  and MINITEL (co creator of the label & media)
his influences comes from  labels such Running Back, Bordello a Parigi, , Correspondant,  Roam, Slow Motion, Hivern Discs, Permanent Vacation ... among others

He has played In paris in clubs such as Glazart, Loco, Batofar, Cabaret Sauvage,OPA, Flèche d'Or, Plaza,Madeleine, Trabendo, Gibus, Divan du Monde Concorde Atlantique, Nuba, wanderlust, café de la presse, 824H, Pardon , Point Ephemere ....) in the countryside of France, and in foreign cities like London, Prague,Budapest, Frankfurt,Amsterdam,Ljubljana … and in festivals in Italy(Sonica ), Hungary(Ozora Festival ),France(Arcadia )…. 

He was also a psytrance Dj for more than 12 years representing the International Label Neurobiotic Records
He has collaborated on 4 tracks with Silicon Sound: 
“Departure”, released in July 2005 on the “Sonica “compilation from Neurobiotic Records and licensed in October 2005 to Yellow Sunshine Explosion label.
“Hyperion” released in December 2008 on the Silicon Sound compilation ("Synthetic Chronicles") for Neurobiotic Records and licensed on Yellow Sunshine explosion and Ministry of Sound. 
"Unsophisticated" released on Neurobiotic Records compilation "Tour de Trance"(2011)
"Gymnopédie" released in 2011 on the Re:shape Ep for Neurobiotic Records
