I wrote this song during a bad time in my own head, I was prescribed antidepressants to help me, they didn't help. I spent weeks in a state of insomnia paralyzed by my own emotions (or lack of) hallucinating my worst fears thru the 4 walls I was confined to. I didn't have the strength, energy or motivation to leave my bed, my room or even my house. 
I was empty.

I hope this song helps at least somebody out there and even if ur listening and u hate it, i still love you, you'll get thru whatever you're going thru I promise.
