OUR VISION

By empowering people to discover their authentic voice and practice their communication skills in a judgment-free forum, we will foster the appreciation for an individual voice and the impact that one person can have on a community, whether local or global. Many say the power of one voice is weaker than ever before. We believe that providing a space where an individual's voice becomes the focal point for thoughtful discussion is a very real solution for this dilemma. 

Our cyphers are and will be a place for artists to hone their lyrical craft, exchange wisdom/aphorisms with their peers, and connect with their community. Individuals interested in hip hop will find a new home when experiencing our cyphers. We shall maintain a welcoming attitude that fosters a close-knit community, one in which individuals may immerse themselves as deeply as they like.

I'm just a young man born in NYC who discovered at an early age his love for the art of music. (i'm a cartoonist, too, but that's beside the point.) i'm a music junkie. My favorite instrument is the grand piano, and i also love to write. I've been writing and producing (mostly for myself) since i was about 14 years old...about the same time i began to take songwriting and music composition seriously. I'm now 26 years old, and other than the quality of my music, nothing has changed. This is what i do. I think what makes my music sound so good (opinion of my peers) is the fact that i have always had a vivid imagination. I would always hear music in my head...which is probably how God feeds it to me, anyway; and i would try my best to bring it out through my own hands, whether it was with a keyboard, a pen and a pad, or even using my voice. I thank God everyday for blessing me with the gift of art, let alone music. And i intend to use this gift to the best of my ability. I hope you all enjoy the material i put up here.
