Dust Circles — the magnetic summoning
As the hut spun faster, fragile circles of dust lifted from the floor. Each whirl was a word; each rise of powder summoned someone from old tales — a child who had lost its laughter, a merchant longing for home, a spirit seeking redress. Baba Yaga stood in the center of those circles and spoke to empty space: dust answered in echoes, coughing up images that clung to her hands. This is how she summoned stories she later stirred into the cauldron, and how sometimes those stories returned as the sound of footsteps at her door.

Their sound is characterised by intense evolving atmospheres, pushing percussion and bassline as well as heavy distorted kicks. Hybral always has a political approach, not only by the representation as a queer DJ and producer in the techno scene, but also in their track selection. They try to select and produce tracks that include political statements or theories.
Hybral is also the founder of @subvertedpodcast, a feminist podcast series that includes podcasts recorded by flint* DJs only playing tracks by flint* producers.
