A young soul hears the sacred lines,  
With joy in heart, they rise to share,  
The teachings pure, beyond compare.  
Through forests deep, and cities wide,  
They carry forth the Buddha’s light.

The Auspicious Dawn of Wisdom

The Song of the Bodhisattva Path is a tender and meditative folk-blues ballad inspired by Chapter 8 of the Lotus Sutra.
