Tangerine dream, Klaus Schulze, Brian Eno, Michel Redolfi, Christian Zanesi, Jean-Claude Risset, François Bayle, Eliane Radigue, Steve Roach, Steve Hillage, Robert  RIch, Harold Budd, Jon Hassell…
And in a different way, Miles Davis, John Coltrane.

When I was a teenager, when I discovered electronic music in its various forms stemming from the work of these artists in the 70's and 80's, I had the feeling that a window was opening up to an elsewhere, not always benevolent, 
but fundamentally different.

I think that a door has remained open to environmental music with a "romantic", spiritual or exploratory scope. I try to move in this direction by combining different sources of inspiration.

From a technical point of view, I work exclusively with virtual modular synthesis. No wav, no samples, no sound recordings or real environments. This particular aesthetic choice leads me to walk between imagination and realism without ever reaching the latter.

I would like to share this approach with you.

Lorsque adolescent j’ai découvert la musique électronique sous ses diverses formes issues du travail de ces artistes dans les années 70-80, j’ai eu le sentiment qu’une fenêtre s’ouvrait sur un ailleurs, pas toujours bienveillant, 
mais fondamentalement différent. 

Je pense qu’une porte est restée ouverte sur une musique environnementale avec une portée « romantique », spirituelle ou exploratoire. J’essaye d’aller dans cette direction en combinant différentes sources d’inspirations.

Du point de vue technique, je travail exclusivement avec la synthèse modulaire virtuelle. Pas de wav, ni de samples, ni d’enregistrements de sons ou d’environnements réels. Ce choix esthétique particulier m’amène à me promener entre l’imaginaire et le réalisme sans jamais atteindre ce dernier.

Je souhaite librement partager cette approche avec vous.
