Heute vor einer Woche habe ich mich gefühlt wie im Möhrchen und dafür bin ich dem Wilde Möhre Festival unendlich dankbar! ❤️🙏🏻

Liebe Möhren, ihr habt mir und euren Gästen etwas zurückgegeben, das ich bereits vor Monaten für die absehbare Zukunft verloren geglaubt habe: die Hoffnung darauf, ein Festival erleben zu dürfen. Das war ein wundervolles und wichtiges Zeichen und ich bin sehr froh, dass ihr diesen mutigen und steinigen Weg gegangen seid und uns diese Realitätsflucht ermöglicht habt. Klopft euch ruhig mal auf beide Schultern für das, was ihr in diesem Jahr alles aus dem Hut gezaubert habt! 🎩

Ebenso dankbar bin ich allen Künstler*innen, deren Sets ich lauschen durfte oder die ich – genau wie einige Bekannte – getroffen habe sowie allen Gästen, die zu dieser schönen Stimmung während meines Sets beigetragen und die milde zur wilden Möhre gemacht haben – davon werde ich noch lange zehren! Und ihr hoffentlich auch durch meine Aufnahme. Und ich hoffe, sie regt auch zum Nachdenken an.

A kind of collaboration I had with the superbly talented Jamie Maxwell - who created my fave C64 arrangement of all time - with an interpretation of the classic C64 loading music from The Last Ninja (System 3, 1987)by Ben Daglish.

Jamie's beautiful guitar play serves as the core of this track, which I shrouded in a slightly Vangelis-esque vibe.
