The Swiss-based Chateau Chépère crew brings a diverse EP from Ambient House maestra Rai Scott for their first installment. The five-tracker 'Anahata Nada' EP sees Edinburgh-based artist explore warm and lush House vibes centered around a party environment. From the gorgeous Ambient title track 'Anahata Nada' that can do magic in the chill-out rooms to more dance floor oriented 'Logical Positivism,' 'Track 4 Inspired' and 'Open Your Eyes,' the latter is signed under Rai's Serendipity alias. 
Our premiere for today, 'Track 4 Inspired', is a melancholic Hazy House journey. Driven by the classic Deep House groove, the track shows its beauty in lush pads exhaling in long, overlapping layers. Melancholic keys and atmospheric textures give the track a special moody touch, ideal for upcoming rooftop parties here in Brooklyn. 

'Anahata Nada' EP was released on March 7th via a new Lausanne-based vinyl-only imprint, Chateau Chépère.

We are thrilled to launch our Vacuity Cast podcast series! And @diggingpaola kicks things off, the founder of the label, setting the vibe.

Paola has been an activist in the electronic music scene for over 10 years, wearing various hats from journalism, communication, event organization to DJing. Her journey took a serious turn with @venusclubofficiel, a female collective advocating for women's place in the scene, which she co-founded and through which she actively worked on both representation and professionalization.

After 3 years of collaboration, she left the collective and launched her label Vacuity Records to align her musical inspirations with her commitment to a more conscious and parity scene.

Paola treats us to a set that reflects her label, blending minimal, electro, and techno, infused with mysticism.

It's August, and we're ready to show you what we've got lined up for these hot summer days — Seasons of Groove by Jude Brown!

If you remember from last year, we released a stellar EP called Sunshine on the New Beginning by TshegoTMM & Vencer Café — two of South Africa's finest up-and-coming producers. That EP featured a remix by Jude Brown, which was a fantastic addition.

We're happy to have Jude back on board with his first original production for Cromarti Records. We believe he's certainly one to watch for his ability to create tasty grooves.

Jude is an artist of unique calibre within the South African deep house scene. His productions and DJ style tend to infuse elements of jazz, funk, garage, and disco. He's known for his versatility — from bouncy grooves to deep, sultry sounds. Whether he's working house floors or disco beach parties, his style always shines through.

To date, his productions have been released on some of the world’s leading labels, including Nervous Records, Salted Music, Papa Records, Sub-Urban, and Moiss Music. On top of that, he also founded his own label, Sandega Records, to create a space for like-minded artists.

To pair with Jude's original, we’ve brought in Jehan from France for remix duties. We’ve had our eye on Jehan for some time and were just waiting for the right track to ask him to collaborate with us. Jude’s track was perfect — and Jehan turned in a version that was exactly what we were expecting for a track titled "Seasons Of Groove".

In addition to his knack for creating deeper, tasteful sounds, Jehan has an exceptional ability to craft grooves with a classic flair — the kind you can’t help but nod your head to, and flare your nose like something funky’s cooking in the kitchen. We think you’ll know exactly what we mean when you hear his version.
