	Joey Abarta has spent the last ten years of his life touring North America, Europe, and Asia, teaching and performing music on the uilleann pipes. A Los Angeles native, he first received instruction on the pipes from Dubliner Pat D’Arcy, a founding member of the Southern California Uilleann Pipers Club.

His musical skills have been further honed by several visits to Ireland, a year-long stint working in Japan, and continuing relationships with master pipers. In August of 2009, Joey’s accomplished playing won him an All-Ireland championship, placing second worldwide at the Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann.

Currently based in Boston, Joey divides his attention between performance, teaching, and recording. In addition to performing solo, he tours with Mick Moloney and the group The Green Fields of America; while at home, he organizes the meetings of the Boston Pipers Club, teaches for Comhaltas’ Boston Music School, and organizes various traditional music concerts and events. His debut solo album is due out in October of this year.
Joey is now residing in the Boston area using it as a base for his constant touring while working on his debut solo record which will be out this spring. Besides playing solo Joey tours with various groups, the most recent would be The Green Fields of America and Mick Moloney. 

ENERGY, PASSION, RESPECT, AND FUN-

Four words that sum up the musical mission statement behind Mórga. Four friends, four virtuoso musicians, on a mission to bring together the wild energy of the Irish-American dance bands of the roaring '20s, the sound of the Irish traditional music revival of of the 1970s, and the excitement of the best pub session imaginable.

Growing out of the rich Galway music scene, a shared passion for old and lively traditional music drew the band members together. Mórga (Irish for majestic) was formed in 2008, and the band released their self-titled debut album in 2009 to critical acclaim. 

Since then Mórga have toured extensively, appearing at highly respected festivals throughout Ireland and Europe, most recently a five week tour of Germany, in addition to appearing several times on Irish television and radio.

Mórga's second album was recorded in Dublin in August 2013. The recording, For the Sake of Auld Decency, is a raucous celebration of the band members' musical roots and influences. The album was was released in January 2014 and is now available on CD and digital download.

Giulio Frausin was born in Pordenone, Italy, in 1986. His latest album as The Sleeping Tree, "Painless", was released in 2013. Bassist of Mellow Mood since 2005, he is among the curators of La Tempesta Dub, reggae/dub branch of the Italian label La Tempesta. When he's not touring the globe performing at the world's largest reggae festivals, he gives life to his singer/songwriter alter ego's acoustic folk. Embracing an acoustic guitar, he toured Italy and parts of Europe performing naked and vulnerable songs. Simplicity and sensitivity unexpectedly turn into courage and strength.
