Sublease Music proudly welcomes Vincenzo, one of the longest serving producers on the house circuit, with Assassin, a slinky, deep and rolling house cut. 

The title track builds around a snaking bassline, with sharp percussions adding the groove before lush pads add the texture to the groove.

Amiable Romanian producer and DJ  Mihai Popoviciu pops by to add his own take - more driving and functional - this is late night basement music. 

The third track is No Time To Explain - another rolling bassline and tight drum groove add the anchor for the crisp percussion and deep chords.

Under One Roof Volume 1 marks the kick off to a new series of releases dedicated to new artists. 

Poker Flat head Steve Bug took part as a coach in the Mixmasters Retreat on Ibiza last year alongside veteran producer colleagues Huxley and Denney as well as singer & songwriter Jade PraiZe. 
The output of last years students was so exciting that most of the tracks have been signed for Under One Roof and the coaches Huxley, Denney and Steve Bug each contributed a remix.   
The project will continue also outside the Mixmasters retreat, but for now here is the first EP, showcasing the talents of Al Leahy and Yerik US. 

Al(ex) Leahy is a London based DJ and producer making waves in Ibiza and across Europe, and it’s not hard to see why. Shadow Rush is a slick, vibey track built from skittering house grooves and a buzzy rave bassline. 

Label regular Huxley flips the track into something more breaky, with tonnes of filtering and a bumping vibe. 

On the second track US-based Yerik US' Go Go also dials in on bass heavy house, producing a true basement bomb.

Up next on Sublease Music is the production pair Leeni and Danilo Kupfernagel, who recently reworked Steve Bug & Clé’s Hallucinous.  

This time out the Berlin-based pair drop a three track EP called Interminable - with two versions of the lead track and an additional third, Cerca. 

The main mix of Interminable is a deep bomb, a chugging rhythm track punctuated by stabs and bubbling arpeggiated synth line - it’s a slick and rolling track designed for maximum impact. 





The Gorge remix dials in on the low end, teasing out a bassline that drives the rest of the track. 

Cerca closes out the EP, a tougher deep house cut with a driving groove.

PREMIERE: Crowd Controlol, Disco Francisco — Is This Love

Surfacing from Argentina’s underground party scene to global stages, Manu Desrets has been earning his stripes with tracks on Roush Label, Sanity and his own label, Family Partner, which he co-owns with LondonGround. 

Bringing his extensive experience from iconic clubs like Amnesia Ibiza, Club Space Miami, and Mute Mar Del Plata into his electrifying sets, and fresh from making waves on Revival New York with ‘Impact’ alongside Bodeler, he now steers his attention to Eddy M and Cruz’s MÜSE for his release ‘Tributo’ - accompanied by a deeply grooving remix from Spanish favourite, Hector Couto.

The title track ‘Tributo’ delivers a punchy and percussive experience, with clanking hits and evolving motifs creating absorbing late-night energy. On the flip, Hector Couto steps up with his remix and unleashes a resonant journey that harnesses the original’s vigour while merging snaking bass grooves and extended reverbs.
