'Archie Hamilton’s MicroHertz imprint delivers another top release this time by Dutch producer Mike Scot, who not only makes his debut on the label, but he does it in style.

The Mea Culpa label boss has been delivering top releases for over a decade now, with a steady flow of release on respected house labels throughout the scene, Simma Black, Great Stuff and Purple Music. He now makes his debut of MicroHertz and delivers a slick and powerful EP where he has infused his funk and soulful flavours with a more raw and minimal deep style

Mike’s kicking this EP off with the title track ‘Dance You Out’. A track full of reasons to get down and have a good time on the dance floor... Be it the dope beats, the neck breaking bassline, the clever vocal cuts that effortlessly float in and out of the tight groove, or the head spinning drops that chew you up and spit you out... A big track for big moments!

Up next we have ‘BIWY’ (Babe I Want You) where the music speaks for itself. Driven by a sleazy jacked up groove, this track features a massive bassline, a very clever vocal sample, a bit of scratching and more drops than the Grand Canyon. Buckle up!

Last but not least Mike serves up ‘Detroit’. Another great production that grabs a hold of the listener from the first beat. Premiere: WLAD & De La Swing - Let's Dance [HedZup Records]

Danny B, a promising newcomer based in Madrid pops up on Sublease Music for three tracks of raw grooves via the Suspect EP. 

Drawing inspiration from a series of releases by German house legend Shed under the Wax moniker, Danny set to work creating these raw, underground house tracks using a Nord keyboard for the warm, analog vibes. 

The title track is a gritty basement burner - giving off pure Detroit / Berlin rave vibes. 

UK producer and DJ Gareth Cole, who just scored an underground hit with Courage on Sublease Music, offers up a remix which smooths out some of the edges to create a slinky deep house track. 

The third track is Trust - a more stripped down affair that builds into a warm and atmospheric cut with a fully dancefloor-primed groove.

Premiere: Neverdogs - Revolution [VIVa Music]

'Josh Butler welcomes fresh talent to his prominent Origins imprint in the form of Inflair who unleashes a highly danceable and strong four track EP titled ‘Authenticity EP’ 

With pristine and clear production the future is clearly bright for the young up and coming UK artist Inflair, who has previously released on Satori London along with self releasing via his own Bandcamp page, and now he steps it up with a very strong release via Butlers Origins imprint.

The first track on the EP is called ‘Keep It Real’ which blends the realms of house and deep house and is full of elegance. Its deep and rolling feel is one that will have floors moving and people smiling from its uplifting and energetic feel.

Next up is ‘Sunrise’ where Inflair takes things deep and emotive. Swirling pads and pushing chords form the basis of this track and this is a classy affair that’s perfect for when the need for a certain chic ambience is required. Following on from this is the aptly named ‘Sunset’ which is a lucid dream pad laden journey of deep house which is the perfect sound for when the sunset is setting and people are getting ready for a night out. 

To finish off this excellent EP is ‘Tell Ya’ where Inflair adds some breakbeat to this EP and delivers a track loaded with depth and a subtle power that will work in many situations. It’s a beauty to listen to and also throw into a set when playing to a crowd who are up for a journey and experience quality music that is anything but generic.'
