Manchester’s Gareth Cole returns to Sublease Music with a three tracker of his signature sound - sitting firmly between deep and tech house.  

4th Time Lucky starts the proceedings - straight ahead house with a soulful twist and melodic chord progressions that situate this somewhere between Chicago and Berlin.  

Focus is up next with a slowly evolving groove that continues to build and build over the duration - maintaining a taut tension perfect for packed floors. 

Humidity rounds off the EP - a shuffling groove sets the tone before a pussating bassline and dubbed out percussion provide the drama and drive.

Sublease Music presents new heat from the evergreen Steve Kelley with his Last Time EP.  

With almost 20 years in the game, Steve has been a part of some of the largest and most respected brands in dance music, repping his signature groovy, chunky house vibes. 

Title track Last Time, is a rolling, slinky groover with deep chords that add a thoughtful dimension to the track. 

Life is cut from similar cloth, with a hypnotic vibe, tasty synth washes and choice vocal samples. 

Completing the EP is a Pornbugs remix of Last Time, which opts to beef up the bass and foreground the funk - the perfect accompaniment for the original.
