To kick off 2025, Melodic Therapy presents Bombastic, a bold and vibrant two-track EP from Israeli artist Amir Telem. Renowned for genre-blending productions that span Organic House, Progressive, and Melodic Techno, Amir draws on his ethnic roots in this release, creating tracks filled with energy, groove, and a mystical touch.

Amir is a versatile artist with an innovative approach, having released music on renowned labels such as Siona, Steyoyoke, The Soundgarden, Bar 25, Beatfreak, Sudam, HMWL, EIN2, and Kindisch. He has also collaborated with acclaimed artists like GRAZZE, Matan Caspi, and Aves Volare, earning support from industry icons including Solomun, Artbat, Miss Monique, and Eelke Kleijn. With performances at events like Burning Man and 3000Grad, Amir has established himself as a prominent name in the global electronic scene. Beyond the studio, his background as a certified yoga and meditation instructor with a master’s degree from New York University influences his immersive and emotive soundscapes.

The title track, Bombastic, lives up to its name, providing an electrifying dancefloor experience with its rolling bassline, hypnotic vocals, and enveloping groove. It’s a track designed to intrigue listeners and raise the energy levels on the dancefloor to the maximum.

In contrast, Jaya Syam takes listeners on a textured journey, showcasing his African influences with layered percussion and captivating vocals, creating an intimate yet expansive soundscape that elegantly blends rhythm and emotion.

PREMIERE: Amir Telem — Jaya Syam [Melodic Therapy]

Yamil is a Spanish artist who has excelled at crafting moving house sounds on the likes of Sol Selectas and MoBlack while headlining plenty of key festival stages. A chance meeting in Malaga in 2020 led to the start of a creative friendship with producer and percussionist G.Zamora. He has studied ancient African and Latin American rhythms for over 20 years and brings ancestral folklore to his work.

Together, the pair excel here with 'Vientos Ilegan' which rides on vast, cavernous kick drums. Their warmth envelops you as gentle chords, hypnotic chants and Afro percussion all speak to the soul. It's a cultured cut that brings an authentic sense of joy and celebration of life.
