'Indian born Aardy (Raj Dorai) teams up with the Goa native Shaun Moses to deliver a 3 track EP of hard hitting, stripped back futuristic techno for Oliver Huntemann's Senso Sounds.

Both artists have had a considerable impact on the development of electronic music on the Indian subcontinent, and this joint EP follows the hugely well received They Don't Know EP that dropped on Octopus earlier this year. Title track 'Mixed Signals' is a pulsating bass-driven roller, with a huge breakdown and shuffling, urgent percussion carrying things along. 'THIS' keeps up the heat, transmitting a trance-y, hypnotic vibe and developing a sense of euphoric space while staying firmly locked into the dancefloor. As Shaun states, “both THIS & Mixed Signals were made keeping a simple arrangement in mind and focussing on the bass, vox sample and main hook to compliment each other and drive the track through”. 'Lamentations' rounds off the tri- ptych with a deep, trippy groove that slowly buildy and mutates into an outdoor sunrise epic.'

Sisko Electrofanatik returns to Phobiq with a thumping three-track techno EP.
Based in the Italian city of Rome, Sisko Electrofanatik is known for his releases on labels such as Codex, OFF Recordings, AnalyticTrail, Say What?, Fe Chrome, Autektone, and his own Gain Recordings.
After an impressive 2021 where he had numerous tracks charting inside Beatport’s top 10 best sellers, Sisko Electrofanatik has no plans of slowing down in 2022, and this is his first release of the new year.
Known for his trademark style that blends infectious synth hooks with driving percussion and intense atmosphere, his tracks are often supported by many of techno’s most prominent DJs such as icons like Carl Cox.
“Librae” opens the release with its ominous bassline and pounding kick drum that lay the foundation for the pulsating lead synth to drive the track with its modulating arpeggio. “Kobalt” is next on the EP, and its stripped style has industrial textures and a hypnotic vocal at the heart of its groove. “Dreamscape” closes out the release with its explosive percussion and swelling synth line that pulses with tension and tantalising suspense.

After his 2021 EP, which featured Carlo Ruetz's most successful Beatport single to date 'Critical Mass', and his new release 'Proton', both released on Oliver Huntemann's label Senso Sounds, Carlo Ruetz returns to Kuukou for another bang.
The man is known for blazing and futuristic sounds that come whipping around the corner without warning. 'On A Stream' does just that: The title track starts with a trance baseline, building on noise-like samples plus melodic yet futuristic synths to create an inescapable wormhole. 'The Journey' is more subtle but instant in its introduction of elements, with ultra- fast percussions and an underlying organ, that adds drama to the classic techno track.
