El segundo corte de Funky Beat EP despliega una lectura más afilada y eléctrica del concepto original. En esta reinterpretación, Alejandro Molinari junto a Nina Fok tensan el groove hacia un terreno más punzante, donde el electro se filtra con intención quirúrgica y el pulso rítmico adquiere una agilidad casi juguetona.

El remix conserva la identidad física del track, pero desplaza el foco hacia una arquitectura más seca y directa: líneas de bajo definidas, percusión con filo y una energía que avanza con precisión mecánica. With 'Dirty Hands', Anja Schneider fulfills a long-held personal wish while opening a powerful new chapter in her artistic journey.

The collaboration with DJ Minx grew out of deep admiration and a pivotal moment on Anja Schneider’s Backstage, where Anja sat down with DJ Minx and DJ Paulette to discuss 30 years of women in the DJ business — through the lens of Detroit, Manchester, and Berlin. The conversation was raw, honest, and essential. DJ Minx’s voice, tone, and clarity resonated long after the recording stopped.

Inspired by that energy, Anja asked to use excerpts from the interview — and from that idea, “Dirty Hands” was born.

Raw, driving, and uncompromising, the track captures exactly the sound Anja has championed for years: authentic, powerful, and rooted in underground culture. It’s a statement piece, merging message and dancefloor intensity. The release arrives just ahead of Miami Music Week, where Anja will receive the Femme Award for outstanding achievements by women in electronic music, before joining DJ Minx behind the decks at the 20 Years of Rekids celebration.

'Dirty Hands' is more than a collaboration. It’s a bridge between generations and cities. A celebration of resilience, history, and the sound of now.

Some pairings make instant sense. Others shift the air a little. “Mas Allá (Original Mix)” sits right in that tension. Alejandro Paz brings the physical charge. Santiago born, part DJ part frontman, he treats the booth like a live space, full presence, full sweat. His sound carries that raw Latin pulse that feels alive and pushing forward.

Mijo comes from a different angle. The TecMex architect, moving between analog warmth and digital friction. His drums feel slightly unstable, his melodies sit between memory and something not fully formed yet. At the center is Berny, shaping the frame. Through IN DARK WE TRUST he anchors the track with a deeper pull. His sound leans into shadow and movement, a dark jacking energy built for long nights and locked floors.

“Mas Allá” unfolds patiently. The groove rolls steady, almost restrained in motion but full of intent. Percussion builds from the edges, a vocal line draws you inward, then synths start to stretch into the space. Nothing rushes. Everything connects.
