Go the Rodeo is an idea not bound by a certain sound, or specific genre. We aim to express our emotions, frustrations and passion through music, and share this with the world. We’re not trying to entertain or compete, but rather connect, and create a vibe that brings you closer to yourself and others.  
In 2018 we’ll be joining Jampacked Productions together with multiple South African and international bands in an effort to raise R1 million for the Rocking for Rhinos foundation. This gives us and you an opportunity to be a part of something bigger, and all you have to do is to come and enjoy a show or two :)

Gecko Tongue is a 19 year old, Up and Coming, Cape Town based DJ.

He has been in the business since the beginning of 2011, and only recently started getting down to producing his own tracks.

Gecko Tongue's main genre is DRUM AND BASS, but has been experimenting in Trance, Electro and Glitch Hop.

Played at Dakota, Qupasa, Gandalfs, Pandaemonium, The Civic Centre,The Dream Factory, Wynberg Sports Club, appearances at BASSCORE, Dawn and Dusk Outdoor Festival and is currently a regular DJ and Organizer for No Stress Events.

He has played along side the likes of Liver, Mao, Narch, Sedge Warbler, Phaze, Slewdada, RebelClef, Mix and Blend, Jam Jarr, Dublusion, DiscCharge, Raukie Talkie, Leechi and Majudd.

The Geckos main purpose of mixing tracks is to make people happy. Theres nothing better than seeing people go mad while you up on stage!
