Zen Baboon are Daniel Rosado and Henrique Palhavã. Both were born in the '70s in Portugal and since an early age kept a close connection with the musical world, focusing on great sound quality and original construction.

Daniel is a sound engineer that worked in a studio in Lisbon and started producing electronic music in the late 90′s.  Henrique, a zoologist, lives and works in his own farm and started as an ambient DJ, (DJ Henriq) and producer in 2001.

They got together in 2003 and decided to melt their musical preferences and create Zen Baboon.

The Bumbling Loons are two of the most prolific, important and super cool people on the Psytrance tribe. James Monro & Dick Trevor have been there since the beginning with projects like Technossomy & Green Nuns of the Revolutions. They have been releasing music since the mid 90s under many hats in a variety of styles, genres and labels. They are two of the coolest and nicest people in our culture. The first Bumbling Loons release came out in the legendary Flying Rhino in 1997! In 2014 after a long hiatus they started releasing loony stuff again and their album Out of the Box just saw the light of day last month. We are strong believer in the Loons, we love their brand of Psychedelic Trance and are very happy to see them back in action, and feature this mix here. Enjoy the ride!
