Tim Hart is a singer-songwriter, producer/mixer and multi-instrumentalist living in Brisbane, Australia. He is a founding member of Australian band Boy & Bear. 

He has worked with the likes of Joe Ciccarelli (White Stripes, The Shins, Morrissey, My Morning Jacket), Ethan Johns (Kings of Leon, Laura Marling, Ray Lamontagne), Collin Dupuis (The black Keys, Lana Del Rey, St Vincent), Wayne Connelly (You am I, Youth Group, The Paper Kites). 

In the last few years Tim has produced albums for artists such as Stu Larsen (Marigold and Songs I wrote), Cristovam (Songs on a Wire and unwired), Little Mountain and The Hard Drugs as well as co-producing Boy & Bear’s recent albums.

A self-proclaimed bedroom artist, Martin Purvis started by singing jazz standards at a community centre around the age of 10 years old. Picking up his first acoustic guitar around the age of 18, he began writing his own songs in the bathroom while sitting in the dark (the first of these being on his debut album Dust), often accompanied by a bottle of whisky of course.

Growing up, Martin was brought up with the likes of Tom Waits, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra being played on the radio. These great artists were very influential and were perhaps the reason why he started in the first place at all.

All of his recordings so far have been made entirely within the confines of his bedroom, from inception to release. You’ll find a mix of swing, folk as well as easy listening genres by this artist. Close to Me was the latest song which had an accompanying music video released on YouTube.

In the past two decades, Black Stone Cherry has set a new standard for Southern rock, revitalizing the tradition with burly riffs and stirring rock hooks. Since their formation in 2001, the four-piece brotherhood has remained Chris Robertson, vocals/guitar; Ben Wells, guitar/vocals; Jon Lawhon, bass/vocals; and John Fred Young, drums.  Though not blood relatives, the guys grew up together, immersed in the culture of shit-kicking rock n’ roll.
