Miles Pascall writes songs as an extension of a lifelong relationship with rhythm, language, and story.

After years working as a musician, his focus turned inward — favouring simplicity, honesty, and space over production and spectacle.

These songs belong to an earlier chapter, where lyrics, melody, and emotion were stripped back to their rawest form.

They now sit as a foundation beneath the poetry that followed.

We were a rock band from the North East of England and enjoyed writing and performing music at various levels of volume between the years 2006 and 2013.

We released our final single, "We Stick Together," on the day we performed our final concert - Friday July 26th 2013.

In 2009 we topped the MySpace Chart on MTV in the UK with our debut single "Kids" and went on to be the first ever completely unsigned band to appear on the NME Radar Tour. We've released countless singles as well as our debut album "Burn Your Town" in 2011 and a follow up EP entitled "Cruel Britannia" in summer 2012.
