A big thanks to my buddy Tom for inviting me over to do a set at their regular "Rooftop Calling" parties. It was a free and easy alfresco evening, and also my first time playing my own style to a crowd that I do not know anyone (but I was glad to meet some awesome people there!) at all!

With a zeal for music, Singapore-based Trance & Progressive DJ danielAng (Daniel Ang) is the founder of "TRANCE4M", a local trance & progressive lifestyle brand. Growing up in KL, Daniel dabbled in various classical instruments, finally finding his niche in the electronic music scene after venturing into Dj-ing. His strong foundation in music theory has helped shape him into the artist that he is today.

TRANCE4M was launched by Last One Standing back in 2018, an event management company founded by Daniel. Initially a passion project, its unexpected success has expanded the local trance scene and community . Riding on its success, Daniel has since organised and performed at multiple shows at renowned venues around Singapore.

Inspired by world-class artists like Activa, John Askew, Mark Sherry, Daniel Kandi, Nu NRG, Gai Barone, to name a few. The head honcho is widely praised as energetic, emotive, and eclectic, having the ability to strike a balance between imparting creativity and keeping the dancefloor engaged in his sets are what makes Daniel a truly versatile and unique artist.
