Hailing from the U.K, HERE (Simon Vince) has been making music for over 20 years under various electronic alias’s, HERE being his latest venture. 
Fusing melancholic electronica, harmonised with ambient, drone & experimental genres, HERE captures an ‘ever-flowing etherial soundscape that oscillates the soul of the Here & Now’. 

HERE’s debut on Shimmering Moods ; "Between Land & Sky" (The name of one of Vince’s first ambient projects back in 2003) invites listeners on a transcendent journey that blurs the boundaries between earth and ether. 

Through ethereal soundscapes, this 8 track album explores this liminal space where reality melts with dreams. Each track weaves intricate layers of sublime and often haunting textures, creating a rich tapestry that reflects the serenity and chaos of nature’s fluidity. 

Navigating through celestial ambient landscapes that invite reflection on one’s place in the world—caught in the delicate balance of the tangible and the vast, the known and the infinite.

The artist...

Emmanuel combines work as composer, artistic director and creator of artistic digital experiences. He currently serves as Head of Creative Development for the FeelBeit culture house and as the curator of the creative resident program at the ZEISS Innovation hub at KIT.

He has created artistic collaborations with partners such as Ensemble Modern, Frankfurt; IRCAM; Google; The Guggenheim; The Alvin Ailey Dance Company; Enjoy Jazz Festival; The Future en Seine Festival; The Matadero; The Jewish Culture Festival, Krakow, The Jewish Museum, Berlin; The Pacific North Western Ballet; The ZKM and ZEISS amongst others.

He has performed as violist with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra in NYC, The Berlin Staatskapelle, Ensemble Intercontemporain amongst others. He has recorded for Deutsche Grammophon under Pierre Boulez with Ensemble Intercontemporain.

He is a consultant and lecturer on such topics as - transformation processes in the arts and strategic business development in the arts in the 21st century.

Using fragments from cassette recordings that had been set aside during the production of previous works, the album breathes new life into these sounds, weaving them together with acoustic textures and field recordings. It captures fleeting moments of transition, where the familiar meets the unexpected, showing how echoes of our past quietly pave the way for tomorrow.

Improvisational psychedelic journeys recorded in Vilnius, Lithuania as part of Bunkersesh project.

Bunkersesh is an underground music project that was based in Vilnius, Lithuania 2022-2023 exploring the world of psychedelic atmosphere. The name bunkersesh comes from the location where this music community formed and created their musical haven - a real bunker in the centre of Vilnius. This is where musicians of different prisms found deep connection through the full spectrum of sonic creation, often exploring memories of ancient tradition, inevitable psychedelia, unsettling atmospheres - all expressed through a futuristic synthesis in the feel and groove of the music that finds them.
