The reason I started this podcast was because I saw a knowledge gap amongst people my age. The education system was not teaching us the skills necessary to succeed. Skills such as the importance of mental and physical health, the importance of communication, financial literacy, life knowledge and many other topics that won’t be found in the school curriculum.

Who is Swish?

Swish is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rafiki Media, World Thinks, FoodShare and he also created the World Youth Fund, the world’s first and only youth social capital fund that allows youth entrepreneurs to apply for grants and tap into a global network of corporate donors. But these business came long after his first entrepreneurial endeavor at age 6 when he launched a fake bank. Through these business that he has built he has been recognized and awarded. From being on national national and international media outlets including the Globe & Mail, Asian Pacific Post, and the Calcutta Telegraph for his entrepreneurial and philanthropic advocacy. Not only is he TV personality but as mentioned earlier he’s  one of Canada’s Top 20 under  20. He’s also the National Youth Ambassador for Alberta's Ministry of Education, he has collectively represented over 260,000 students and has reached over 6,000 children internationally by speaking at schools, events, and festivals. He is Plan International Canada’s National Youth Ambassador and the  Speak Your  Mind Project. Did I forget to mention he’s a UN Youth Ambassador at United Nations, Future Speaker at United Nations, is a TEDx Speaker oh and he’s only 19 years old.
