THE IMPORTS is a project with Lead singer/guitar Sid Q and Guitar Sam Zaher.
Actually none of this was planned or defined until the beginning of september 2015 when we decided to put together songs that we wrote together and separately along the years of friendship. Sid had been living in Barcelona for the past 2 years while Sam was living in kuwait, but by chance the encounter was in perfect timing and it was now or never. Sid is leaving to Holland by the end of October and might take a while to reencounter.
The name THE IMPORTS is due to Both members of the project being half nationals, each one from a place, but yet so synchronized.
Sid = half American half Kuwaiti.
Sam = half Brazilian half Lebanese.
imported and exported , both moved around alot and the meeting point  was Kuwait.
