Murmur stays for the translucent moments in music, which shimmer and shine like glass wings of insects, depending on insidence of light. A play of colours and sounds which appear for a few seconds, just to submerge again into the sombre carpet of the soil.
Murmur is an ode to the nature and the musical attempt to connect with it over and over. Our songs are delicate, very tender and fragile. The moment, when they unfold themself, this glass play of colours can be seen in the air, in the soil and in the trees.

Valerio Lepori, born 1989 in Zurich, started playing the trombone when he was 8 years old and successfully completed his master’s degree in music education and composition in January 2016. He studied the trombone with Nils Wogram, Andreas Tschopp and Markus Wüest and composition with Ed Partyka and Dieter Ammann. At the age of 16 he taught himself how to play the piano and wrote several compositions and arrangements for various ensembles. Currently he's on the road as a live musician in a number of bands including The Sheiks, The Jammin Band, Klischée, The Killin' Jivers, Soulmanicas, Der Grosse Bär and others.
