On this episode, Im joined by my friend Loukas Kaliantasis - Loukas is a trial attorney and adjunct professor at Loyola University. Loukas is also a song writer and musician. 

All in all, Loukas is brilliant, and I love that this guy is in my inner circle. To bounce off ideas and thoughts with an intellectual who is creative is healthy and positive. 

We talked about time, how fast it is, and how we can be more effective and enjoy the process. We discussed  our childhood and how we think about the rest of our time here in the world. We also pondered the ways of today's society with political correctness and how we can find flow state.
