It's with great pleasure that we close out the year with a renowned Bristolian duo who's released on legendary imprints like Oliver Huntemann's Ideal Audio, John Digweed's Bedrock, and most notably of late, Sasha's Last Night on Earth, including this year's Valley of the Kings full length album. Ahead of the 2nd chapter of Sphere at Magazine on February 22nd, we welcome Egyptian-born and Barcelona based DJ and Producer Raxon for the 128th instalment of our LWE Mix Series. Bypassing the career trajectory that is routine for many of his contemporaries, Raxon has built his success through his own brand of melodic rolling techno and perseverance. Pushing the envelope in the techno scene with what many may call an unconventional spectrum of sounds, Raxon's productions have been picked up by some of the most renowned labels out there, such as Ellum, Cocoon, Diynamic, and Kompakt.

Raxon's very own quirky soundscapes are prevalent throughout the mix, as effervescing textures, steezy percussions, and rolling basslines bubble in and out at the right times, once again proving why the Middle Eastern artist is considered a boundary-breaker and one not to miss at Sphere 002 on February 22nd.
